Refund policy

Here at Handcrafted By Boo we offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have exactly 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund with us. We do offer replacements also but only as long as you abide by our terms. 

To be eligible for a return your package must be in the same conditions as you received it unworn, unused and in it's original packaging. To make a return you'll need to provide us with proof of purchase then place a return by either our Contact Us page or by our email address beth@handcraftedbyboo.co.uk. Once we have reviewed your query and your return is accepted, we will send you our shipping address in which you'll need to arrange a shipping label. This is so you can choose a delivery company that works best for you. Please ensure to double check your returned items before sending them back to us then once received we will inspect them and get in touch if we have any issues therefore having to refuse to refund you. If everything is order, we will contact you to advise that your refund has been made and when you shall expect to receive it. 

To request a replacement please get in touch with us in the exact same way however this time provide us with the reasoning to request a replacement and attach images if you see them to be useful for us to review. Once we have reviewed your query we will get back to you as soon as possible to advise you on your expected arrival of your replacement.
